His services are good when he is responsive but you never know when he will become unresponsive. If he was too busy or he had other problems that prevented his services - I would have understood. He provided good services otherwise.

He's been very helpful. He's even helped me with some software that I didn't know how to use. The other thing that I like about him is that he is very responsive and he responds very quickly when I call. He is a very nice individual and his rates are very comparable to other companies. I recommend him very much and I will without a doubt continue to use him for my computer needs. The approximate cost listed is what he charges per hour.
