Racz Appliance Repair

Not go!!I have a home warranty through Total Protect Warranty Company. They referred Racz . He came to my home to determined the problems. My washer needs a door gasket. At that time he was supposed to order the part. I called him a week later and he hadn't order the part. I called him several times to schedule a date to repair my washer; but, he never showed up. However, he cashed my check for the deductible. As of today, he has not repaired my washer. If you want a company that has integrity, accountability, transparencies, and good customer service, this isn't the company. Also, I contacted Total Protect Warranty Company several times for assistance. They kept telling me that he hadn't sent them the paperwork. After several weeks of calling them to resolve the problem, I dissolved my contract with them. A warranty company is responsible to resolve problem between the customers and their vendors. It isn't my job to be the mediator, this is Total Protect Warranty Company responsibility, I would not recommend obtaining a home warranty with them.
