Rachel Cleaning

1) I'm not sure if this is a legit company because when I went to write a check, I was told to make it payable to a name and not the company name. There's another company called ”Rachel’s Cleaning Service”. Don't mix the two. The one I hired didn't have the apostrophe s in ”Rachel” 2) the two ladies arrived late to my residence. Veronica (manager?), Silvia (cleaning lady) 3) upstairs cleaning took longer than necessary (2 br and 2 ba), so the kitchen and other areas were rushed. Some things werent dusted. The ”manager” came to pick up the lady cleaning so she was rushed. 4) when I went to let the person in charge - I guess the ”manager”, the response I received was not very professional. 5) I was told by Vetonica to write the payment check To her 6) overall service was not satisfactory. 7) they didn't seem to really care
