It was a pretty costly thing because we gutted two bathrooms. They ordered the materials and some of the stuff we bought. We had the money going up in two directions. One of the cabinets that I bought myself didn't have the water feed opening on it on the correct side for the way the plumbing was located. That was my bad and we had to return that and get another one which was designed differently. We had a shower installation which was being shipped from Chicago which arrived in a broken condition. It delayed the project in one of the bathrooms by 4 weeks. We had to wait for the replacement to come from the manufacturer.

RA Spooner did two major projects for us. First they redid our front walkway and steps replacing old broken concrete and brick steps. We were quoted the job for repairing the existing brick steps and replacing with a few different options. We decided to go with the more cost effective cast concrete steps and were very happy with the results. About six months later we decided to use Rob and his crew to completely remodel our kitchen. After the initial design consult with Rob, we were again presented with several layouts for our new kitchen. We decided on the layout Rob recommended and he was a big help through the entire process, even going with us to help pick out cabinets. They installed countertops and a sink we picked out and purchased ourselves, put in a new kitchen island, all the cabinets, a new pantry, installed recessed lighting, tiled the floor and backsplash as well as installed and hooked up the new appliances we bought, even having to run new electrical and gas lines. It turned out AMAZING! Would highly recommend RA Spooner for any project you might be considering.

They are reliable and have skilled workers. I use them because of the quality of their work. I have found them to be very honest and are accountable for what they do.

He was excellent. Everything was done beautifully and is holding up well. Work areas were carefully closed off to avoid dust and dirt in adjacent areas. Note that Rob Spooner is not a "one man" show and those that work for him are all top notch craftsmen. Polite, efficient and work with careful planning and stay on schedule. Was very impressed by how organized they are.

He is fantastic. He is professional and prompt.
