The windows look great and Ray was a pleasure to work with. He was straightforward, positive, and honest throughout the process. His expertise and experience were obvious and he seemed genuinely interested in doing a great job. It was easy to communicate with Ray and he was very responsive to questions. From first appointment for estimate to final touch-up he came exactly on schedule. Highly recommended!

It went well. He did everything that he said that he would do. There were several men working, they cleaned everything up and were able to do it in a day as I was told. They showed up on time, his people were polite. I will be using them again for some extra work.

It was done very well and quickly. He was very pleasant.  It was clean when they left. It stood out how clean the new windows looked.  I was impressed on how quickly it was done and the overall service.

Ray at Quality Windows is a pleasure to work with!  He's my go-to "window guy".  I first worked with him back in 2012 when he installed new windows at my investment condo (recommended by my condo association).  I then asked him to replace my condo sliding door a year later.  He did such a great job that I asked him to replace the bulk of my windows at my own house last year. This week, we had one broken window that his guys will be taking care of as well.
Ray is honest, responsible, and very responsive.  I've never had to harp on him about long lead times.  I think his pricing is also more than fair.  He'll tell it like it is and give you his opinion on window types, brands, you name it.

The job went wonderfully. We had a problem with rain draining towards the door and coming into the house, soaking the carpets. At one point I was getting up at 3 AM to change the towels from all the water coming in. The workers from Quality Window Specialists were very professional. They came with their own tarps to lay down on the floors and brought a vacuum cleaner so the debree went directly into the vacuum eliminating any mess. They really knew what they were doing and did a fabulous job. After they left the house, no one ever would have ever known that workman were here for 8 hours replacing our door. I didn't have to clean up after them or anything. This company is exactly what I was looking for and would highly recommend to my friends and family. They treated the job like it was their own home that they were working on and I can't praise them enough.

Everything was great estimates, installation, and product. Their customer service was excellent.

I had several bids for four basement window replacements.  I referred back to Fraser Bishop who had helped us with some siding issues last year.  He came out the same day to give us an estimate.  His price was considerably lower than the other estimates.  Because of our past experience, we decided to go with his recommendation.  The windows would be installed in 2 to 5 weeks.  The other companies warned be that there would be a big mess; so I was concerned.  Adam and his helper came right on time.  They were courteous and efficient.  The work was done without any mess at all.. inside or outside.  I've received calls from both Fraser and Ray to check on the work.  I could not be happier.  I have always hated getting estimates because of the "sales talk" you have to endure.  No such nonsense here.  The did a great job at a reasonable price.
