All of this work went really well. I am so happy with all of the results and it was very refreshing working with this company. So many contractors hound you for payments all through the process. Quality Time, in contrast, makes sure you are satisfied with the end product before asking for payment. They were able to reproduce the look and feel of structures (garden gate, closet door) that I found on Pinterest and make them fit my particular spaces.

We are very pleased with the results of our new kitchen! We had our kitchen remodel designed by HD, but decided to find our own contractor. Steve seemed like the perfect fit for our remodel. He understood the design we wanted and made sure to clarify any points that might cause confusion. He does all the work himself, so we knew who would be coming in and out of our house at any time. His quote was competitive with the other three quotes we received and he finished the job in the timeline he predicted. That was quite the feat since we had delays in appliance delivery and the whole job was completed around the winter holidays. He even showed up at his normal time during some awful snow/ice days.

Steve was responsive, professional, and thorough through the whole process so we are positive we went with the right contractor for us. We got a little excited about painting and ended up painting one wall before he was done with the patching. Steve noticed and offered to come back to fix the wall. We will definitely take him up on that offer, we have just been too busy to set up a good time.

From start to finish the entire job was flawless, he gave an estimated time of 1 month to complete the job and finished right on schedule! we went with carpet for the bedroom, hardwood flooring leftover for the half bathroom and an epoxy flooring for the utility room. Now for the 1st time I can finally enjoy this old bare basement and utilize it as livable space. Steve's quality and knowledge keeps the bar high- that's why he will always be our carpenter for life or as long as he's around providing his elite services! Thank you-

Overall Experience was excellent, Steve has great insight in seeing the bigger picture and great idea's when trying to figure out the overall layout! He came right out took all measurements and displayed a 3-d picture of several kitchen layouts. We selected the one that we liked the most and ordered our cabinets at just cabinets per Steve's recommendation. Cabinets took about 6 weeks to make and once they were delivered, they were up in no time! We had our granite installed 2 weeks after cabinets were finished, and indeed a Beautiful kitchen was born! Thanks to Steve's Experience, Patience and Knowledge the job went smooth and turned out perfect! Since then Steve has been back out numerous times on small and large project's. He is my go to guy and he always follows through! Highly Recommend!
