Chad is great. This was our first time buying a house, and Chad put us at ease. We weren't totally comfortable with the first mortgage company our realtor put us in touch with, so we asked a friend who recently bought a house how his experience was. He recommended Chad and I can see why! He is very responsive, patient, and willing to do whatever we need to feel comfortable and confident about the loan.
After we settled, the loan moved from the first lender to a different lender, and the transition was a bit messy. The tax information was not correct, and in trying to resolve it on our own we weren't getting anywhere. I reached out to Chad because he did say if we ever needed anything to reach out, and he stepped right in to help get things resolved.
At the time of writing, the lender has stated the tax amount has been corrected and we will be getting a refund. I hope that they are honest and we do get it soon, and that the next payments will reflect the change. If not, I know I can count on Chad to help get things going in the right direction even though it is outside of the scope of originating the loan.

We were very pleased with the service Chad provided for us. He is a young family man who works hard for his clients to get them the best rates, he is honest, professional and a joy to work with. We would not think of using anyone else for our mortgage needs.
