PRO SEAL DECK CARE

Overall he did a great job replacing the rails. The first time he came out to stain he missed some of the stain. He was to use shims when replacing floor boards but instead screwed them down. He also screwed down the steps and replaced the lattice on 2 sides of the deck. The lattice he replaced was broken on the top and uneven on the bottom. He also missed lattice on the left side of the deck. I contacted my attorney and let him know that he needed to repair, replace and restain the deck and put the lattice back up. He did do this, but did so after it had rained & snowed. The final product looks good at this point.

Dave is very professional and did very high quality work. He shows up when he says. He does his own work. Both the 20 year old deck and the new one look excellent. We had him come back 2 years later to retreat the wood. Both experiences were easy to arrange and gave excellent results.

Dave Perry promptly returned my initial call and came to my house very soon thereafter to give me an estimate. I did not need to be home, so no taking off from work. When we discussed the estimate, I also asked him to replace all railings and he furnished revised estimate on the spot. This was a multi-step process but all work was done, efficiently and timely. I could communicate with him by email and did not have to be home while he did the work, a real convenience. My deck is done and looks absolutely beautiful, can't believe the difference. I would highly recommend Dave Perry and ProSeal for Deck maintenance. The cost may be higher than other companies but there is no comparison in the quality of the work.
