I had worked with Jon Wald previously for my first mortgage - he was at Wells Fargo. Very professional and personalized service - I can tell he is very busy but absolutely puts all on hold to help - even with the multitude of first time buyer questions I had.
The second time around, for me refinance, Jon still provided the same personal service and great advice. He got me an amazing rate and put me in touch with some great colleagues who assisted with other parts of the process (such as closing).
