They wrapped everything that needed wrapping, were professional, didn't hit walls, etc. The move went smoothly and, overall, very well. However, my quote was for $340, and I ended up spending about $600 before tip. On the phone when i set up the move, they didn't explain that anything they have to wrap costs money, i.e., $18 for wrapping my couch, $18 for my bed. I thought that was included in the initial quote. Also, the quote didn't allow for the fact that my 1-br apt. was bigger than most, so it took more time. They charge for the drive to and from their office (before getting to your first place and after leaving the second place). Other than the money, i was happy.

We ended up getting a uhaul and they would not help us remove the boxes, they also ripped our couch with a box cutter. They also did damage to the floor as well as several other items in the home. The bed collapsed on us due to them not putting the bed back together correctly. In the middle of move Serga stopped and said because it was taking so much time they would have to raise the price from $480 to $1,127! He wouldn't continue until we paid him more. The quote on their website states there are no hidden charges or fees. We have tried to contact them with no response. The two workers were very hard workers but had no idea what they were doing and Serga treated them like his slaves, while he sat there and barked orders.
