He was very responsive and heard our needs. He gave great suggestions for safety that we didn't even think about. Pricing was fair. Great service. He went over and beyond for us to make sure we understood the product that we were getting. Walked us through every step. We feel safer around our building and are happy with his excellent service! Highly recommend for anyone that needs security survaillance, no matter how large or small of a job. We also called for Ted's previous work references, and they were superb.

For price, I've never really had it fixed before, so I guess it was reasonable. It took about five hours for the work to be completed. They have their little niche of what they do, and I think they do a good job. Actually it had been broken for two months and nobody could really figure out what was wrong with it, and he identified what was wrong with it, which was nothing. I had pressed something; there was really nothing wrong with it. I had just pressed something incorrectly, but he identified that there was nothing wrong with it and I had just pushed something and he corrected what I had pushed. The workers were fine; my husband really handled it - I didn't. But he didn't seem to have any problems with them.

I was quoted a much higher price at Best Buy, and
had always used them in the past for my car stereo needs. So I somewhat
hesitant to try a new place. I selected
Poptronics because I recognized that the business has been around for quite a
while, and was reasonably close to my home. I also read reviews that were very
favorable.
When I called Poptronics I misunderstood what the gentleman said about appointments. So I just showed up
first thing Saturday morning. Evan greeted me with a friendly smile and explained that he already had an
appointment scheduled first thing, and another at 12. But if I was willing and
able to leave my vehicle, he would be able to have the tech work on it between
and after those jobs. I was very impressed that he didn’t just ask me to come
back another day. I was more than happy to leave my vehicle there all day,
after all, I knew the job was going to take several hours.
I was charged exactly what I had been quoted earlier in an e-mail, plus the cost of an amp
kit and wiring, which I had forgotten to purchase myself. The cost of the kit and wiring was right in line with other
retail pricing for the items. Truth be told, I rather the experts select the
proper gauge for this type of job. Sure, I could have ordered an amp kit on
Amazon and gotten it for about $10 less, but it really wasn’t worth taking the
chance on choosing a product that was of poor quality or not the best option
for my configuration.
I expected to receive a call about a half hour before the store closed, but I was pleasantly
surprised to get a call shortly after 4 (closing time was 6:30). When I
returned Evan had popped a cute little ‘Poptronics’ flashlight keychain on my
keys. For a few moments I was more happy about that than I was about getting my
system installed.
That feeling quickly passed as soon as I started my engine. I felt like a kid at Christmas, not sure which radio station to tune
in first. I don’t even remember now what it was that I heard first, but it blew me away. The Alpine MRX-F35 340W RMS, 4 channel amp, paired with 2 sets of Infinifty Kappa 682.11CF 6” x 8” makes for an incredible listening experience. As I’m fond of saying “you just can’t put a price on being able to crank up the music loud enough to still hear it crystal clearly, AND feel it
vibrate all of your internal organs !” Job well done, Poptronics !

They did a good job. I think the price was a little high but they had good service and they did everything right. You pay for great quality. They knew what they were doing.
