I called and Bogusia was able to make an appointment for me that week. She gave me an hourly rate over the phone and estimated that it would take a few hours. She and her co-worker were punctual and professional. I felt very comfortable leaving them in my house when I left to run errands. They got to work immediatly upon entering my house. They did an outstanding job, the house was spotless when I returned. I received an email from them that evening asking me if I was satisfied with the job, and I immediately replied that I was thrilled and will use them again.

Polish Cleaning provided absolutely excellent service and a good experience for us. I am hard to reach by phone and Renata communicated everything I needed by email. Her colleague B. provided our actual service which was done to a white glove standard - just really wonderful. Renata provided a list of supplies which I purchased, or at this time she is able to bring supplies for an additional cost. She came to see us twice exactly when she said she would - once in advance to provide an estimate for our federal hill rowhome (1500 SF) and again on day of service. We recommend her with no reservations.

Renata does an excellent job cleaning my house. She is very thorough and detail oriented. everything from the hardwood floors to the tops of the pictures on my walls is spotless and dust free. Most of the house keepers I have had in the past clearly rush through their work and make the place just smell good or the quality of their work slowly degrades wekk after week, Renata never disappoints and is consistent with her quality. If you live in the the Canton or Fells Point vicinity you cant go wrong with Renata.
