Went OK. The inspector explained a few things on the furnace and AC and tested all major appliances. He missed several things however. He missed the fact that the sewer line was improperly hooked up and was LEAKING. He missed that the master bath tub was improperly installed and was the wrong kind of tub. It is also now LEAKING. The toilet in the mast bath is also LEAKING and needed to be fixed. Looking back, these should have been pointed out by the inspector but weren't. The plumber I hired to fix these issues laughed when I told him that the inspector missed these very obvious issues.
