PENN SUBARU

My dear old Toyota finally needed to be retired after 22 years. After deciding on a make and model of a new vehicle, I started searching on-line for local dealerships and signed up to receive quotes via e-mail. Troy was the first to reply, asked a few questions, and responded the next day with a ''good-better-best'' list of vehicle options, complete with descriptions and prices. None of the other dealers would provide a price on-line. I set up an appointment with him, and the car I was most interested in was parked outside the sales office and ready for a test drive when I arrived. Troy was friendly and professional, and he never used any high-pressure sales techniques. Needless to say, I drove home in my new Subaru, completely satisfied with my first car buying experience.
