They came out and did an estimate.  We got a couple, and I was pleased with the fact that they were going to completely remove the old tile and replace the wall board with this new - I think they call it green wall board - it has cement in it so it doesn't mold.  I don't know if you've heard of that before but I have read about it.  The product itself is very good, but the installer did a sloppy job and then I had to call them to come back twice.  And I still think it looks sloppy; not the shower walls, but the stuff they put around it, the sealer, the grouting or the sealer they put all the way around it is sloppy and it takes away from the professional look of the job in my opinion.  So we had them come back twice.  I'm still not happy with it, but it's not gonna get any better.  I would not give them an A just for that reason.  He came one day and ripped everything out and then left, and I was surprised that he was leaving.  And I said when are you coming back, and he said your stuff isn't, everything isn't in yet so I'll be back tomorrow morning.  And then he didn't come and he didn't come and so we called, and they said he had a medical emergency.  Well then you feel bad for being irritated.  It turned out that his wife broke her foot, but that wasn't a recent break.  He slipped that it had happened several weeks before and I guess he was having to babysit the grandchildren or something and needed his help.  And then when we called about the grout, or the sealant going around, they used green and the shower pan at the bottom is white, and here's this green looking sealant, which looked horrible.  And so I thought that they were gonna come and remove that completely and just put the white in, but what he did is, he put the white on over-top of it.  Now that it's been several weeks, the green's showing through again.  So I'm not happy and I wouldn't recommend them.  Even though the product that they make is good, the workmanship kinda messes it up, from my perspective.  I mean, replacing a shower is expensive.  You know, $7,000 to retirees is a lot of money, and to me it doesn't look like a $7,000 job just because of the sloppiness.  He got some of the sealant up on the molding around the top of the wall, and so now I have to get a ladder to get up there to get it off.  I'm not happy about that.  I don't think it's quite worth what they charged. 

I called and they made a appointment the next day. They called before they headed over which I think is very important. 

They are professional, courteous and prompt.

Their price is very reasonable.

1st job - all items handled very quickly - in less than an hour. But they carried an unneeded ladder up two flights of stairs and banged it into another set of rheostats and bent the connections. Also, for the few small items and the fact that I had all the parts, the price was extremely high - $350. 2nd job - appeared okay, but left electrocution hazard. Two people came, checked out the circuits and wiring on the roof and down the side of the house. They told me they didn't see any problem that needed repair, charged me $59 and left. But now my A/C was not working at all so we had to have the A/C company return. It turns out the WINSTAR repair people disconnected the power circuit, wrapped the two wire connections with electricians tape and left it (live) without telling me. So aside from leaving us in worse shape - with two air conditioners disconnected - the WINSTAR technicians left a safety hazard that could have electrocuted someone. Now I need to call another electrician to get our A/C working again. And even I can see the problem that was identified by the A/C company. COST SO FAR - $59 for WINSTAR call; $115 for A/C Company to show me what WINSTAR had done (our A/C technician is always the same person) and some unknown amount for finding a different electrician to fix the problem WINSTAR was asked to repair in the first place.

The installer showed up on time and got right to work. I had already purchased the fans, and just needed them installed. He worked quickly and was able to install them all in a few hours. He cleaned up and removed all trash before leaving.
The fans look great and have operating fine for several months now.

They called and told me they were in route. I live right up the street from my job, so we got there pratically at the same time. I let them in and explained to them the outlet had been sparking and my porch, livingroom and hall lights were nolonger working. They told me that would look at the problem and it sounds like the electrical outlet needed to be replace and if that was the only thing wrong it would be around $100. I showed on young man where the breaker box was. They worked together (two of them) to find which one would turn off the electric downstairs. It only took them about 15 minutes in all to fix the problem.

The service went great as usual. I have been using Patriot for all of my electrical work for the past two years. They have always been professional in all aspects of their business.

Pleasant, fast, knowledgeable, and went over and above by placing some wood in a ceiling hole so I could patch with drywall. He is an A-lister. I trust him so much I left him at the house while I had a drs appt. Obviously this isn't the first time I have had him do work.

Prompt Service for both the quote and actual work performedInstall was great and professional except guys didn't vacuum up after (I noticed later) or seal some holes they left in the wall in the garage after the gfi install.Patriot scheduled the County inspection upon which we discovered the permit had an error. This required a new permit to be pulled and inspector to come out twice.Office was the weak point, called several times to get the status of the Pepco hookup. Office wasn't responsive in getting back to me. I also wasn't notified that Pepco was coming out (just happened to be working from home that day).Compared to other quotes I felt they were very reasonable. I thought the quality of the product used and the installation itself was great, I would use them again.

I have used him many times, and I am very pleased with his work.

I thought they provided a good service. The one thing that I didn't like is that they cancelled our first appointment, which was inconvenient.

They have a fair price, they are courteous, and do excellent work. I give them high ratings. They are coming back to do some more work in 2 weeks.
