I love our roofdeck - looks good and I feel safe having guests up there. I felt comfortable having the team in my house when I was at work. I am giving them a C on punctuality because the project went from an initial estimate of a week-week and a half to a month, and I would have liked if they were more proactive about communicating delays.
Steve is great, very friendly and upfront guy. He gave us lots of options for various scopes of work and never rushed us to make a decision. The lead guy whose name is escaping me was also friendly. All of the work crew was professional.

Stephen Huppaty and Jeremy Weiss were a pleasure to work with. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. They really work hard to separate themselves from the stereotype of the contractor who doesn't show up or shows up late. Jeremy kept us updated every step of the way on what was being done each day and if there were any unexpected issues. Of all of our experiences with contractors in Baltimore, this was by far the best. No, in fact, it was the only good one. We will use their services anytime we need work done at our house.

We couldn't be more happy. Everyone that has come to see our house has been impressed with the work. Steve and his crew were amazing. Very responsive to emails and calls, and were always there to answer the thousands of questions we had. They were so good with communication that Steve told us on a weekly basis what to expect for the following week. SO easy to work with.

We have already recommended them to 2 people. They prefer to do larger jobs like ours, so don't be surprised to get high quotes for a smaller job. For larger jobs I would definitely use them again, and most likely will when we move out of our starter home. They subcontract any painting and carpeting, but I am positive they do everything else themselves.
