Norris Ford

Located a certified pre-owned Ford Escape online that was listed by the folks at Norris Ford. I got in contact with Phil Buscemi, a member of their sales team, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. I live in Virginia so I had to coordinate a time to come up to see the vehicle (Phil offered to come in on his day off if need be to accommodate my schedule). My wife and I drove up to see the vehicle and test drive it. The vehicle was exactly what we were looking for and the price was excellent. The entire process was a breeze and Phil and the sales team were a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Norris Ford and will definitely keep them in mind the next time I looking for a vehicle. A+

I'm not sure if I paid or not. I think I was off warranty at that time. They do real well with everything. I have to go 50 miles to go there but my sister lives there. I go and they take care of my car.

got there earlier than scheduled and they took my anyway. work was done in less than an hour. Always enjoy their waiting room with the free coffee. also the vehicle was washed( which is their SOP after a service visit). Work that was done was explained to me afterwards, so there was no doubts as to what was done and what to expect in the future. Very friendly service people

I've used them in the past and they have provided good services especially for a dealership. They are excellent.

As far as I know they have done fine.

THE WORK TOOK APPROXIMATELY THREE WEEKS TO BE COMPLETE. THERE WAS A LOT OF BODY WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THE STAFF AND THEIR SERVICE WAS GOOD. THEY CALLED TO GIVE ME STATUS REPORTS ON THE CAR SO I WOULD KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON.
