Noah Mumaw

Noah was the seller's agent for the property that we just purchased.  We made the mistake of being 'ok' with a dual agency situation as our buyer's agent was from the same company.  We were initially dealing with a single seller but the process was further complicated by transition to a relocation company.  While it was a complicated sale from that perspective, Noah Mumaw handled every other aspect with inefficiency and frank disdain.  He was difficult to contact, even via our agent who worked in the same office.  He would not return emails or phone calls, and we were forced to contact the agency's business manager/broker several times to push him to respond.  Despite his best efforts, the sale did go to closing, at which point a contracted payment from the seller to us (for repairs they elected not to perform) was not given to us.  Noah never once appeared at any meeting, including settlement, where his response to the missing agreed upon payment was, "they can just not buy the house" which we overhead on our agents cell phone.   Overall, our experience with this agent made each of the processes that should have been simple, difficult.  We can not in good faith recommend his or his company's services.
