About us
Nima Electric accepts contract as well as subcontracting work. We provide personal attention to every project. Nima Electric conducts an onsite visit for every potential project to assess the scope of work and provide a cost estimate. Upon a signed contract, 50 percent of the total cost is required. The remaining balance is divided according to number of work phases and due at the completion of each phase. The company’s two co-owners do all work personally. Depending on the scope of the project and the deadline, Nima Electric will determine the number of additional employees required to complete the objectives of the project.

Homayoun did a beautiful job on all of the installations. He was very professional and on time, and thoughtful about minimizing disruption to us. We were very happy with the results. The cost was reasonable, and in line with the amount of work we were having done.

Homayou and another electrician arrived on time, were very professional and explained everything they were doing and any issues that came up. Homayou was very nice and gave me some recomendations on some other improvements I can make. They even patched the drywall where he moved the outlet, even though it wasn't really in the scope of the work.

What professionals! I wish Nima did more than electrical work so I could hire them to do everything house-related!. Thoroughness and thoughtfulness are forgotten arts. I will happily hire Niwa Electric again and recommend highly.
Nima electric was prompt, responsive, patient and accommodated my schedule and worked flexibly with me. The level of attention to detail was a welcome relief. I have an old house, with plaster walls, and my wiring is 80 years old, They tested outlets and were honest about what could be done or left alone. Before leaping in to cut into plaster and create more of a problem, there was careful investigation first and then I was called in to hear the thoughtful and clear recommended solutions and ideas. After installations, they checked to make sure I knew how things were configured Everything was tested and retested to confirm all was done correctly and safely.
The electricians were tidy and clean in their work. I so appreciated the pride in workmanship and their leaving a clean site. Using drop cloths, boxing trash, automatically cleaning my old fixtures and carefully protecting the fixture that will be reinstalled later.
Why can't everyone be like Nima?

Nima Electric did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, did perfect work, and cleaned up every piece of trash. They kept me informed as they did the work and spoke to me about any issues along the way. I was asking for a lot for the package I bought and they completed averything I wanted done without any additional charge - even thought they went over the hours I had paid for. They spoke to me about other projects I wanted to have done, but did not try to do a big sales pitch or increase the cost for anything. Absolutely fabulous job and would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I was thrilled with Mr. Solaimani and his abilities as an electrician. He is very skilled and very knowledgeable. I have a home which is almost 90 years old. He was able to handle old wiring, new wiring and everything in between. He completed everything on my to do list and gave me some excellent advice about other issues. I will definitely hire him again!

It went very well. Nima Electric arrived at my place on time and worked for straight 5 hours to install all the security lights I have prepared for them.The project was complex as they needed to replace three of my outdoor lights with the ones with sensors. In addition, they need to rewire and install a 280 degree security light. They made sure that all wires were hidden which gave my porch a tidy look.

Mr. Homayoun provided an excellent service for all our
needs. He always showed up on time, explained all the work needed, corrected all the problem, worked so cleanly and always made sure there were no derbies left when he left. He is extremely efficient and provides information needed and makes great suggestion, corrects any problem, provides all the material needed.
