First, I have no point of reference for their price. However, for me, every penny was well-spent. My parents moved into assisted living leaving behind a house full of over 50 years of accumulated "treasures". I was facing the prospect of having to clean out the house by myself - a prospect that struck terror in my heart. A friend told me about this company and I am absolutely THRILLED with the results. Where do I start? Because they looked carefully through everything, they were able to identify what should be dumped, what we might want to save and what needed a look-over. They found a photo of my father in his Air Force uniform from the late 1940's; his military discharge papers; work evaluations from the many years of my dad's career. (My parents kept everything!) They also found things I didn't even know were lost! They found a birthstone ring that my mother thought was lost forever. They found a Christmas photo of my sister that I'd never seen before. A dumpster and a half of stuff was thrown out. So were seven giant barrels full of moldy books and miscellaneous other papers. The house SMELLED so much better when they finished. I could gush for several pages, but my point is that if you ever have to move after living in a home for a long time, need to move a loved one to assisted living, or are just downsizing, you can't go wrong with Next Step Baltimore. Remember, you are trusting people with your home and things you treasure. I found them to be worthy of that trust!
