For the past few years my garage door would sometimes get stuck when opening during freezing temps. I tolerated it, gave it a nudge and kept on going. This time it got stuck right when it started closing and nothing I did would get it to close. I immediately searched for someone to repair it. Brandon was lightning fast and responded to my request for a quote within minutes. About an hour later he and Jeremy arrived. They were very friendly and professional. They checked everything out and, as I suspected, the old stretched out springs needed to be replaced. Brandon called one of his suppliers and they were able to get the parts and fix the door right away.

Got a very good price and Brandon answered my many questions well. He was also able to work well with my schedule. I had the garage door torsion springs replaced and the replacement springs he purchases are not the basic 10K cycle, but 25K cycle which you will likely pay extra for with other companies.

Firstly, I want you all to know that I rarely take the time to write such a long review. Usually, I will just write a sentence or two. But I was totally thrilled with this installer! Absolutely the highest quality. Absolutely the best bang for your buck. He was honest, And forthcoming. I just needed to replace my motor. They bought a reasonably priced motor for me. Brand new. And it works like a charm. Mine is a chain motor as that was my choice. I wanted to be economical because I donâ t have money to splurge On some Fancy motor. He personally guarantees it for 4 1/2 years. And he did not up-charge me For getting the motor. He told me that if I wanted to add a wireless keypad outside the garage, I could just go and buy one, And it would be Easy to program it. He could have simply gotten it and installed it for a significant amount of money, but he didnâ t, They were courteous, had personality!, Very flexible in their scheduling, they were quick with their installation. And cleaned up perfectly after themselves. I would highly highly recommend Using this Installer. And I did my research. So if you want quality work, Reasonably priced equipment, and excellent service, this is the best installer for you. My mother always said, make good choices, and You receive good consequences.

Brandon did a great job installing 2 garage door openers at a reasonable price. He's very personable and explained how to maintain my garage doors. Will use again when future repairs are needed.
