I will definitely use them again.
It didn't go as well as hoped or expected. The people showed up on time, which was great. The company told my daughter that to deep clean a 1500 foot apartment it would take 6 person hours, for which they sent three people. They worked for less than 90 minutes. Unfortunately, the deep cleaning was inadequate. First, when they vacuumed they didn't move any furniture. they didn't move dining room chairs, living room furniture, nothing. When they moved things on counters they never put things back. My daughter found items all over the place and far from where they were originally located. She said her kitchen counters were not cleaned well. when she ran her hands over the counter she found sticky food still on the counter. she said they did wipe baseboards but they were poorly done and incomplete. she said they dusted only part of her bedframe. she found these issue with in a couple of minutes of checking. I am sure there is more.
My daughter had hoped that they would be good so that she could set up regular cleaning. That is not now going to happen.
