Based on the excellent job he did installing an exterior outlet, we contacted Marshall Bausum about replacing the small hanging light fixture in the stairwell between the first and second floors. He responded quickly and arrived right on time. Although the ceiling is very high and there are two landings of different heights, Marshall was able to position his ladder securely and without damaging the walls. The new fixture is a Mission style pendant chandelier which is fairly heavy (14 ponds) and requires threading the cord through the chain. Marshall did a very neat job, checking to make sure the length of the chain would make it easy for us to access the chandelier in order to change the bulbs and to clean the glass. His prices are extremely reasonable. Marshall is professional, courteous and meticulous. He is a pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend him.
