Had wanted a deep clean of the new home. Absolutely no furniture. Had not been at home. I could feel the grit on all rooms. Not sure what the ladies had been doing 4 hours. No part of the house had been cleaned. As it had been deep clean, they were supposed to clean gas place etc. No, lots of dust there too. Windows too had dust.

Their service was fine, it was good. I thought the work they did was pretty good. I don't have any complaints. They were very professional, timely and I felt that the house was adequately cleaned.

They seem very reliable and they did a very good job, but they are a little expensive. They charge $40 per hour/per person.

She came out on a Sunday afternoon to look over the house and tell me about her service. She kept reiterating that if anything was broken she would take care of it as they are bonded and insured. After a couple questions I realized she had just purchased the business in the last couple years and was inexperienced. She told me she had someone on stand-by that could come out on the day I requested. The girl was pleasant, but quite a disaster. She was stumbling over her own feet, very heavy handed. She broke the blinds in my bedroom and knocked the entire hood over my stove down. She made the bed and it was unevern, the work was just bad. The girl called the owner and told her what happened, and then insisted I needed to give her a check before she left. I called a handyman to come out the next day and make repairs. The owner came the next day as well to take pictures of the damage and told me that the exhaust hood had fallen due to poor maintenance. When I asked if she was going to take care of the exhaust hood she said no because it was due to poor maintenance. As she left I told her I would be stopping payment on my check to which she responded that it had already been deposited. I would not use them again, not would I recommend them to anyone.
