First off, I was impressed by David's quick response to my request for an inspection. During the inspection he took a lot of time and seemed very knowledgeable with observations, insight and recommendations about my house. He has two mold detection dogs. He took air samples and a swab sample to send to a lab. They left no stone unturned. Since then, my co-op management had another environmental inspector come to the house for another reason, and when I asked their inspector about mold issues, he pointed out the same problems as David had and made almost the same exact list of recommendations. This confirmed my confidence in David's knowledge and qualifications. For some reason I never got the first copy of air sampling results that were mailed to me. I let David know and asked for another copy. He did not return phone messages or e-mails right away and it took a while to get a second copy of the results. I was surprised by this and that is the only reason why I gave him a B for the overall experience. I would have liked to have given an A instead.
