They completed the work quickly, were clean, just 'Johnny on the Spot.' It was a great experience with them.

Great ! David and Nick got here first thing in morning and started right away , moving gas line and hooking up our new water heater . By the end of day all was finish and mess cleaned up .

The work was done quickly and professionally. We now have 2 non leaking spickets. Great! The cost however was bordering on outrageous. I would have told them to get lost when they offered the quote however the water was causing us problems such that our foundation was at risk and these needed urgent repair. I'll never know whether the Mike's techs figured that out and just decided to gouge us. But since Mike's came out promptly and we desperately needed the work done, I simply went along with their pitch and had them do the work. I paid the ransom and made no complaints. But, for the record, I will never hire these guys again and suggest you too look elsewhere to have simple plumbing fixes performed for a reasonable price.

He is a long time supplier for me. He is a little pricey. So for people that are looking for cheap, he is not cheap, but the stuff he puts in your house, you don't call him back for maybe two or three years. So I don't see him that often. He has done anything to do with plumbing - toilets, faucets, install a water tank, plus he put all the new things the Government requires, we have to have with overflow tanks. He makes sure everything that he puts in is up to code. I don't see him for a while and he thinks I don't remember him. But then when I call him in, he gets so much work. So, I guess he is glad I don't call him everyday. He is another one of these guys that slips little things on his feet and walks all over the place. Everybody he brings in, they're never too busy to talk to you about what it is they're doing and how they're doing it. You can ask them any questions like how hard is it to do if I wanted to do it myself and they just kind of smile at you. They know what they're doing. They've always been kind and courteous. They're nice people. I've never seen one guy that hired so many different people and they could all be clones, they all look different, but their demeanor and the way they work and everything is all the same. He doesn't charge you by the hour, he charges you by what it is he does. So if he has faucets and stuff, he will give you a fixed price. If it takes him three days to do it, it's the same fixed price. If it takes him half an hour, it's the same fixed price. Everybody gets the same price. Most people would think he is high on his prices. But, again, you pay for what you get. If they're getting late or something or they can't make it, they call you ahead of time to let you reschedule.
