Michelle and her team are as excellent and thorough as they claim. She obviously has experience on her side. I particularly appreciate her organization and attention to detail. She cleans so well that we actually didn’t need her to come as regularly as we thought. I would recommend her to anyone who would like a deep clean or regular housekeeping.

Luis responded to my request the same day I posted. I was looking to hire a cleaning service to clean my son's townhouse that he is getting ready to put on the market. Luis met me there and gave me an estimate to clean the entire house which included bathrooms, hard wood floors, tile floors, kitchen cabinets (inside), all appliances, wipe down the walls, base boards, dust the entire house (light fixtures included) and clean the carpet. The estimate was very reasonable. They had there work cut out for them. I live an hour away from my son so I asked Luis if he could take the key so that he and his staff could let themselves in. He promised me that I could trust him, so I did. I came to the townhouse while the staff was cleaning later that afternoon. I thought to myself, everything looks really good. The cleaning staff did an amazing job! They were very detailed and thorough. My husband and I had to leave before they were finished, so I gave the house keys to Michelle because the carpet was to be cleaned the next day. The next day Luis contacted me to let me know he was there and starting cleaning the carpet. After he was done, he sent me photos. I could not be believe how clean the carpet looked! My son had a puppy (need I say more). I wasn't able to see the carpet in person until the weekend. One word, amazing! The carpet looked brand new and the house smelled fresh. The house is ready to be sold!! Michelle's Cleaning, LLC is a family owned business. Luis and Michelle were very nice. Would I hire them again? Absolutely! You won't be disappointed.

The crew was extra good. They moved furniture, cleaned all the tracks and sills. They did an EXCELENT JOB!!! Would certainly call again. Michelle really knows how to get the job done.

I found them through Angie’s list. They did their work really well. The work they do was on Angie’s list and it was true. They did my complete house. The overall experience was absolutely great. They did a great job. Not only the cleaning but everybody’s personality that worked for them, the owner even worked. It was like 5 people and they couldn’t have been more hospitable. They acted like they were a part of my family. I paid them $450, they wanted a little bit more, and from what I had worked, I was the local union president for 30 years, I learnt how to bargain and I got it down. I was not out, to try to make them do it for nothing, I even gave them an extra $40 to $50. Their price was very reasonable. I would give them A+ across the board as they were super nice people. I would definitely use them in the future.

Great at first - they did a great thorough cleaning job. However after the first few months they rarely if ever showed up on the day or at the time we had arranged. They usually called after the fact with one lame excuse after another. It was very frustrating.

Michele was to be at my home 9:30am she called 9:20am there had been an accident, ok . She could not come. ok she called back said she would come in an hour.She didnt get to my home til 2:00pm . I believe it was a waste of time and money , a very stressful day .Between 9:30am - 2:00pm were a few phone calls back and forth ,i don't think there was any truth in any of the calls . The stress overshadowed any good that might have been done.

They do a decent job of cleaning, but they are a little unreliable as far as coming when they say they are going to come.

They did a terrrible job -- they dusted the overhead fans and left the dust/grime on our bed & floor and on our 5 year old's bed and floor. They also left cleaning products (chemicals) on my son's table along with dirty rags, most of the work wasn't done, even the sink was dirty..... I felt "taken". We had family coming and I had to clean it all again myself.... so sad. A month later, they called and left a message -- so sorry, we had to leave due to an emergency. Okay, emergencies happen, I get that but a month later??? I would never recommend them --

"Thank you for your input. When I came out to provide you with a free in home estimate I told you the cost of your deep clean would be $450.00. This would include both owners a team captain, and another professional cleaner. All cleaning equipment, and cleaning supply's. The estimated time for a team of three to four to deep clean your home from top to bottom, and from left to right would take a considerable amount of time. Roughly 4 to 5 hrs each a total of man hrs 16 to 20 in all. You said the estimate was very high. I lowered your cost to $350.00 The price was agreed. You have a very large home. The entire home had hard wood floors that needed 2 to 3 cleaning treatments in order to remove all the grime. I also told you that we could not lift all the dirt and grime on the first deep clean! I said after a couple of maintenance cleans that we could remove the thick grime! We worked very hard in your home! My team and I arrived early we did not leave until it was dark!!! A total of man hrs 20 hrs of deep cleaning plus all your baseboards hard wood floors that we vacuumed, and washed for you at NO additional cost. I did have an emergency with my little boy. I called you three weeks later to confirm your monthly cleaning service. I would have come back with the same team and fixed any thing that you were NOT HAPPY with. I thought you were happy with your deep clean after all if the deep clean was so bad why didn't you call me to come back, and I would have helped you with what ever it was that you were not happy with. This is why I Guarantee 100% satisfaction!!! Happy Mothers day:)"

They did a deep clean of my home and were gracious enough to fit me in before the holidays. The job they did was pretty good, but once they left and I did my own check there were a few details that they missed, which was a little disappointing especially since they sell you on the notion that they will clean the small things you never think of like the baseboards, etc. The cleaning was pretty good, and the staff were friendly I just think the price they charged was a little high for the quality of work I got.

Bottom line- they damaged my house, hid it from me, then said I had to of known and oh, now they are willing to fix it--why not just tell me at the time it was broken 2 -4weeks or more ago and straight up offer to fix it then. No accountability. 4 weeks ago my husband commented on my having moved the bathroom rug and I didn't think anything of it (they had moved it). Yesterday we foung the missing tile underneath. The initial cleaning went pretty well. I perferred to have my house cleaned when I was at home and we quickly started to have issues with timing. Initially it was agreed to have a time frame starting 11 or noon mybe even 1 but the team kept coming later and later and often there would be a phone call saying I was next or they would be there soon only for it to be hours longer. The last time they came at approximately 4pm. When I would talk to Michelle she always had excuses or promises it would be different next time. Sometimes it was as simple as being told they would be over by the next hour and it being 2 hours or more later- if I knew I could have prioritized my day differently or run a quick errand. I started to find things undone, shortcuts taken like undusted window sills and visible grime on kitchen fan and ceiling etc after they left and there was almost always some excuse, like that I should have raised the blinds for them or that room was done by someone who no longer works for them.. I did not feel that Michelle's cleaning was really interested in resolving they issue but rather in defending her company, they first time I brought up a concern it was met with "No, we do a really thorough cleaning top to bottom".

"The member called me on November 11, 2009 at 11:00 (am) to tell me that there was a problem. The bathroom on the 2nd floor was missing a very small piece of bathroom tile. I told the member the very 1st time we did her deep clean that there was a loose tile that that was already damaged i noticed when I removed the bathroom rugs to clean the floor. The member told me to be careful.We vacuume1st, I told the member before we wash any floors! I use an attachment that goes on the hose part of the vacuum. The member knew before I started to vacuum the floor that we do not use brooms or mops I began to vacuum, and a very small piece did come up in the vacuum. I did not NO that this very little piece of tile was not glued in! The member knew! That is why the member asked me to be careful. We always did a walk threw with the member there was always a team of three to four to clean her home. The member never had a problem until the tile piece. I told the member that my husband could fix her tile at no additional fee, and she declined. The rest of statements that the member has made are completely false!!! We acted very professional on our behalf. We have EXCELLENT references. Please don't judge our cleaning service's on this one members recollection of this event. Thank you for taking the time and reading this."

Michelle and crew have cleaned three times so far and they have done the best job of any cleaner I've had (one individual and one cleaning service beside Michelle). They have been consistently reliable!! I highly recommend them after finding them on Angie's List!

I was a client for about a year and a half. Michelle and her cleaning company did a fantastic job of cleaning. I was very happy with the way the house looked and with their thoroughness. They were a pleasant group of people who worked well together and also worked quickly through a fairly large house. However, I had to find a new cleaning service because Michelle's failed to show up at the agreed time far too often. Usually, if they said they would arrive at 2pm, it was 4pm, or something similar. There were about three occasions on which they kept me waiting all afternoon and then called to say they wouldn't make it there that day at all! I was rearranging my schedule to meet them, and in the end their convenience trumped mine.

We had some trouble organizing a good day to do the estimate & come out to clean (just as much my fault as Michelle's). When they did come out, Michelle and her crew did a tremendous job. They worked for over three hours getting everything cleaned from top to bottom and really made the place look spotless (even my terrible carpet that needs replacing and a shamefully cruddy, crusty microwave interior). I was incredibly impressed with the work they did. They were all friendly, hard-working and were even kind enough to repair a broken piece of my blinds for me, as well as to lug my trash (including a large box full of broken-down boxes) to the dumpster. Michelle was also careful to listen to any special requests (things I might not have wanted moved/cleaned) and to ensure her crew knew as well. I was very pleased and will have them back to do maintenance cleaning from now on!

I wanted to have my parents' home cleaned as a surprise birthday present, as they're both older and not able to really do it themselves. I called Michelle early the same week and she and her crew came out that next weekend and did a great job. My father was present during the cleaning and remarked how pleasant and energetic they were. My mother said she didn't know her floors could be so clean. When I asked her what she thought of the cleaners, she said they were "miracle workers". It was a huge job and for the time they had, they did great.

Michelle arrives with her crew of 2 to 4 other cleaners. She is careful to introduce me to new employees that I haven't met before. I sit in the den at my computer while they give the house a complete makeover! Everything looks great when they are done, and they even change the bedsheets and empty the catbox. I am fortunate to enjoy a super-clean house every two weeks. On occasion the crew will arrive later than I expected, and I will get a phone call explaining the change. On the other hand, Michelle is very accommodating if I call her the night before and ask to schedule later or earlier.

In this first cleaning, the cost was relatively low for the amount of work. Four workers worked 4 1/3 hours--about 17 hours of cleaning for 225. This is the best cleaning service I have had. So far I am very pleased.
