William was professional and courteous. He came out and measured my newly installed kitchen cabinets on a Tuesday- one day after visiting his showroom in East Baltimore. He took down my preferences and gave me good advice on the installation and look. The installers came on time with a call about 20 minutes before arrival. They made some adjustment cuts as needed on site and included a sink in the install- I had my faucet ready and they were happy to make the cuts for that. The installers made sure they asked me when they had questions and made sure everything was alright before they left. The only critique would be the installers made cuts on my front porch and left some granite residue, which I hosed off easily. Price was good for excellent service and beautiful looking countertops. All told it was about 30 square feet of 3cm (1 1/2 inch) granite. This included an island, 2 sides of stove with sink installed, and 4 inch backsplash.
