I received an appointment time @ 9. When I called at 9:15, I was told the appointment time should have been between 9 and 11 and they would call when they are on their way. They did call and were their before 11, but it woul have been better if my appointment showed arrange and not an exact time.

The plumber was very thorough. Visited my house two times in order to answer all my questions. Day of he and his colleagues demonstrated their efficiency by completing the project in 3 hours, but allowing my to start using the water in my house after only an hour, so it was not an inconvenience. I truly appreciated the knowledge of the plumber and his willingness to explain his process as he went.
