I used Lee Dopkin  in June of 2013 to order all the items for
my master bathroom remodel. Robin Barker was my Sales person. She was
great at the first part of the sale. After i paid in full at the first
visit I called her 8 times with no response. She had told me that all
items would be delivered 5 to 7 buisness days. After 3 weeks i started
to get woried so, this when i started to call her. after my many calls
and no response, i showed up at the show room and she dismissed me  by
saying that she had been busy, with no appoligy and after several more
calls after that visit. i finally received my items.
After this experience, i thought well maybe my expectations were too high and i let it go.
So, i walk into the studio today at 4:20 pm and as i am walking in 2 other clients are leaving quickly. I ask for Robin Barker and 
a gentlemen as he is walking out , says we are closed.  I let him know your
door posted hours and website say 4:30p is closing. He looks at me an
laughs and says Good Luck and leaves without assisting me. I then
encounter a dark haired women who looks at me as if i am a homeless man
begging off the street. I ask for Robin Barker again and she replies we are
closed and lingers around for about a minute and then goes to get Robin.
it is now 4:25pm. Robin comes out putting her winter coat on and I
explain that she has helped me before and I was redoing our powder room
now needed her assistance. She told me i needed to go and we would have
to do this next week. I was floored.
As i was leaving, the 2
potential clients asked me if I purchased something from them and I had
told them not this time since, I was so rudely dismissed and I would not
be back. they both told me similar stories and they would never shop
there again as well.
I saddened, i really like to support local businesses and the lack of customer service and follow through prevent me from supporting this one.
Wow so sad, i wonder if the owner knows?

Real simple! Went looking for a faucet. Was helped within 1 minute. Good advice. Product came in when promised. Cannot ask for more.

You should make an appointment before going to their showroom. Salesman was very helpful. Helped me pick the right fixtures based on my preferences and the size/style of the bathroom. Delivery took about a week because there was some misunderstanding between sales and the warehouse about when it should be done.
