Excellent

We had a patio designed and installed with a sitting wall. This was the only company that was able to show and send us a design of the work to scale with our house and existing deck. The digital to scale design truly sold the project as we could see what it was going to look like with color against our house. Customer service in leading up to the project was great and professional. The work was done quickly and to design. They also did a great job of re-seeding areas that were destroyed during the install. My only complaint is the patio does not let water run off it completely. On one side of the patio there is a small unnoticeable dip which allows water to pool there when it rains. Otherwise looks great and good value.

LandArt did a great job installing a paver patio, paver seat walls, and composite landing/steps. I hired them to replace an old patio that sunk badly due to a poor base layer. I had confidence that their work would not need to be redone down the road. They did a great job and were very thorough. I would highly recommend them.

They were prompt and completed the project as stated. The technicians were all very friendly and did a very good job.

Landart was an excellent company to work with. They were patient as I worked with my HOA to get the patio approved and were very accommodating to make the process easier on me. They completed the job in about a day and half with four guys working nonstop. On cleanup, they added topsoil and seed to all grounds they touched with their wheelbarrows, to include my neighbors, I live in a townhouse community and they had to bring all the materials around. The patio looks great, one week in, and cannot wait to use the new space as the weather gets better.

Installed a railing outside my front door. Very very sturdy and I've been told by neighbors it's very classy looking. Went with the white railing and black ballisters. White matches my trim and the black matches my front porch light and numbers on my house. Awesome job!! Looking to have them do some other things around my house!! Christian is awesome to talk to and Chuck calls you with updates if there are delays (which there were but it was because of the weather). Thank you!

A class company

I hired this company because I am having a retaining wall replaced and installed, as well as, a deck replaced and a new enlarged deck installed. Land Art Design was the most thorough when submitting the proposal and will be providing much more for the same price I had proposed by two other companies. Land Art Design went above and beyond to ensure I understood the entire scope of the project. In order for them to submit for a permit, I provided them the only site survey I had which was a very basic outline of the property provided a few years ago by a Surveyor. Land Art Design took the drawing, researched areal shots of the property, added all exterior structures such as brick retaining wall, concrete parking pad, rear retaining wall and deck and will give me this revised site plan for my keeping. In addition, there are two trees that will need to be removed in order to replace the retaining wall. Land Art Design was the only company willing to take down both trees and grind the stumps. The other two companies were not going to deal with the trees. I would have had to hire another contractor to remove the trees prior to the work being started on the retaining wall. I highly recommend Land Art Design!

We received estimates from three contractors and, although the one selected was not the lowest, they provided a more detailed proposal of what they would supply for the money.

They also installed a flagstone patio. Went over and above to make sure everything was perfect. Great communications. Best contractor I've ever done business with.

They did exactly what I wanted and one year later the patio looks great.

My experience with LandArt is mixed. My retaining wall looks beautiful but it was difficult getting it done and, in the end, it was not installed as promised. My original point of contact was Dan but it was switched halfway through and messages were not properly relayed. My project ran into a hitch and LandArt was not so understanding about "going the extra mile." I was told they would help me if it would keep me happy but that they were "contracted to install a wall and that was it." I guess the project did not include replacing the siding on my house. Overall, mediocre experience.

The work was completed on time at the previously agreed upon cost.

The owner was freindly and great at helping with the design and materials. He provided a brochure and gave examples of what the design would look like. The installers work very hard and had excellent attention to details. I am very pleased with the end results. I would hire them again.

Land Art is a great company to work with. Jason and Chris worked with us to come up with a design that looks great and fit our budget. The workmen were fast and courteous and did a quality job. I can't wait for the weather to warm up now so I can use my new patio!
