I couldn't have been more pleased. No matter how a new appliance dealer hides it, you are still charged for hauling away an old appliance - especially one as heavy as this - and it costs at least $75. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Lacy at all again if I have something that needs to be hauled away.

Lacy did a very professional job and was very careful with the removal of the tank as he didn't get oil anywhere. He is also available to handle general junk removal of any large items I have. He does very good work.
