Oriental rug was badly stained in the middle after they cleaned it. They claimed it is from a pet. I have none. The rug is ruined.
They did not call to inform me the rug now had a ruinous stain. they just showed up with the ruined rug and expected payment.
Avoid this rug service at all costs.

They were cleaned very well. I delivered them and picked them up. They do have pick up and delivery.

Dropped rug off in early December and it was available for pick up one week later. Upon arrival they went to my vehicle and removed the rug and upon pick up they loaded it back into the car.

Cleaned a persian rug...there was still a bit of dust in the rug later, but that is sort of the nature of rugs from Afghanistan, so it's hard to say whether that is their fault or not.

All was excellent. The rugs were cleaned well and on schedule (1 week). The rugs were all handmade; 2 were oriental carpets. The cost was reasonable and as expected. Easy to do business with. I definitely would recommend this company.

The folks at Kleeneze were very helpful, took my rug out of the care without being asked, did a wonderful job cleaning it and when I went back to pick it up happily put it back in my car. I've used them before this and would certainly use them again. My rug looks like new!
