Hector's crew just left my house after a cleaning service. This was my first time using a cleaning crew to clean my home and i was nothing short but pleased with the level of care and cleanliness they applied for this work. They were prompt when they arrived and both went to work expeditiously. The bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and the general areas all look clean. Hector came through at the last minute with a cleaning crew to do a general cleaning of a large home and he did not disappoint. His crew did and excellent job and Hector service and follow up was A+. I will definitely use them again and recommend others do as well!

The owner was very professional and attentive, but one of the workers he brought had a bad attitude and complained a lot. The cleaning was not as thorough as a result, but the carpet cleaning by the owner plus flea treatment was very good.

I called for a quote on a last-minute move-in cleaning for my mother-in-law. Hector answered the phone promptly and immediately understood the urgency behind my situation. He took a few minutes to see what could be done with scheduling and called me right back with a very reasonable price. When my mother-in-law eventually decided that she was going to do the cleaning herself (due to a variety of other factors), Hector maintained a helpful and professional attitude. I was impressed with his responsiveness and customer-oriented attitude. I look forward to working with his company in the future.

The owner of the company, Mr. Hector Monzon returned my call promptly, came to my home when he said he would and spent an hour reviewing with me everything that need to be done and what it would cost me. He was very polite and personable, and easy to get along with and my dogs adored him! He gave me prices that were not only reasonable, but in some cases, lower than the other estimates that I had received. We scheduled the various services and everyone showed up when they were scheduled and did an outstanding job. The housekeepers were great and I was especially impressed with the carpet cleaning. I have had my upstairs carpets cleaned many times over the years, but there is no doubt that Hector's technician worked the hardest and did the best job. I am sure that my windows will get the same professional care that the rest of my home has been given.

Great. There was a mix up with the reservation of service, but that originated with Angie's List, not with Kelly Green. It was a bit difficult to nail down a day and time for service, which I didn't love. However, the manager was always kind, personable and professional. Plus the work down was OUTSTANDING. We'd been living in our 2-bed 2-bath for three years and the cleaners made it look like new. I would definitely hire them again and recommend their services to anyone.

Scheduling and communication were easy. They accommodated my difficult schedule. They did an adequate, serviceable job with the cleaning. Things were generally clean and in good shape when they finished, though they weren't as thorough and diligent with corners and molding ledges and other details as some other cleaners have been.

They are amazing cleaners! We have had a few different people come out and the work was consistently good across all staff. They had a few questions about our job and they even sent a manager out to review it with us to make sure we were satisfied. Overall, we have had an amazing experience and plan to use them for all our future cleaning needs. I would wholeheartedly recommend them. Great job all around!

The description said they would work as long as it took to get the job done. When I told the lead worker I had a third floor she said they didn't have enough time so she would have to call the manager. We ended up agreeing that they would clean only the bathroom downstairs but they didn't even do that well. There was still soap scum on the shower walls, hair on the floor, they left the bathroom rugs in a wad in the closet. I wish there was a way to post pictures here. They did an OK surface cleaning (they didn't move everything and you could see re the line where they dusted vs where they didn't). It definitely was NOT a deep cleaning.

A crew of two women arrived and were "done" less than 4 hours later! They had missed one room entirely, and had not touched the baseboards or door frames. When I pointed this out to them they wanted to know "which baseboards did they miss?" They wanted me to go around the entire house and point out where they might have missed something. They had no method to their cleaning just hit and missed - with a lot of missing! As I cleaned the house myself I found lots of items still in cabinets that they had allegedly cleaned.
