Professional and courteous, replied promptly to my request for a quote and to follow-up questions. The main removal work was done on schedule. Very reasonable price. Didn't realize they'd have to leave a filter/blower running overnight, and that the air test results would have to go to a lab, so wrapping up the project took a bit longer than I expected. But they were very flexible with scheduling. I would definitely recommend them.
