The pro was late. By the time she came, it was 3:40. I decided to allow the job to get done as she was very apologetic. I thought she did well until I saw things just weren't lifted or moved. I am still cleaning. Please cancel my relationship with Angi.

The ladies left the dirty water and mop on the hardwood floors, mediocre cleaning. Used rags were left. Dusting beyond the reach of the swifter was not done. Bathrooms were cleaned nicely

It was amazing! I had lived in that apartment for seven years; when the crew was done it looked better then when I had moved in . The floors were clean and the wood polished. The appliances were spotless. It was such a relief to have it done and done so well. I am sorry that I had not taken pictures for everyone to see the excellent job that was done.

I signed a contract 5 years ago with this service, who claimed they were Licensed and Insured. In fact, that was circled by the owner on the contract. They did an average job over that time, never bad enough to change services, just basically "phoning it in." Then one day, I saw that I had been robbed by either one of the cleaners or someone one of them let in my house. Normally, I have someone at the house while they are there; however, this time, they knew they would be in my house unattended. They stole a wallet with a lot of cash and credit cards from my desk area. They were the only ones in my house who had unrestricted access. The owner was uncooperative and refused to even give me the name of her insurance company so I could file a claim. She told me I have to go through my own insurance company and let them "subrogate" the claim. I have no desire to get a black mark for a claim with my insurance company, so I am basically out all of that money, and the hours I had to spend cancelling my cards. i did not file a police report as I didn't want to be vindictive, I just wanted my property back and there was no way the police would have investigated. The owner did not live up to her word nor did she handle this in a professional way. I would stay away from this company.

"This client contacted our Company in December about an occurrence at her residence. Garage door was always left open for our regular staff to enter. They arrived, cleaned residence as usual and left. She left usual payment for work. She called about possible theft occurring and staff returned to discuss details. Client changed details of her claim several times. Since she had no proof whatsoever, no cameras, videos, etc., to prove our staff did anything out of the ordinary other than clean, Owner advised client should call police to file a report and her insurance company about a claim. We are bonded and insured and our insurance rep needed a police report or other proof of a loss to file a claim on this matter. Client could not, or would not, comply. Client changed her version of details several times over ensuing weeks about matter and amounts, etc., and has never came forth with any evidence of wrongdoing on our part. Client's accusations towards our Company here are totally without substantiation and are defamatory against our business reputation. We have been in business for almost 30 years and have had no claims filed against us. We can only ask that future possible clients understand our position in this matter and be willing to let our Company perform for you. Joy of Cleaning, Inc."

Day after day, year after year, Phyllis' crew is reliable, professional, responsive, and quite competent--in short, they supply great bang for the buck. Phyllis is a dear to deal with. They've been cleaning our house for nearly nine years now, every other week. (If we made more, we'd have them do it once a week instead of every two weeks.)

The ladies came with all of their own equipment. They confirmed what was to be done and went to work making everything in the house completely sparkle. They took the time they needed. The price is the best I've found. I would recommend Joy of Cleaning to anyone in the Baltimore area looking for the perfect combination of professionalism, quality, and price!

The hardwood floors were in terrible shape-but they located a new cleaning liquid and came back a second time to bring the floors up to an exceptional shine. I had such regard for their work that I had them back to do a pre sale cleaning after the painters and electrician finished.

The whole experience was great. I bought a Groupon for $59 which included three hours of cleaning and the ability to purchase another session for $15 per hour with a one-month period.
The young man was prompt, professional and very personable. He was very kind to my 92-year old mother while he was cleaning our apartment. He spoke with her while working hard to make our place spotless.
Rudy was very thorough in his work and cleaned my microwave until it shined! He did whatever I requested and was very responsive to our needs.
We will have him come back in the very near future. We will request that they send Rudy again.
Scheduling was a dream. I have had so much trouble getting appointments with other Groupon vendors when I call to schedule. I had no trouble and had to move the appointment to a later time which was no problem at all. Their customer service is impeccable.

Joy of Cleaning has been doing general housekeeping at my home for about a year. I use them every two weeks. My rowhouse has three levels and about 1500 sf. The work is usually done by two employees and takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I've been pleased with their thoroughness. I've used six or seven diiferent arrangement for housecleaning over a twenty-five year period and and Joy of Cleaning has been the best overall. The cost has remained at $80.00.

The owner came out to give a quote and I really liked her personal touch. She was very friendly and followed up a couple of times to find out if we were happy with what her company had done. The cleaners were also very good and I definitely will continue to use them.

There were two women and it went wonderfully well. In fact, they are coming back. They were very pleasant and very efficient. The price was right. They were quick and experienced. They just did a great job and we couldn't ask them to be any better.

The first visit (after an initial visit to establish/estimate the cost per visit) included a "deep cleaning" and the price for that was $120. Two weeks later, and hereafter, the price is $80. Unfortunately, those visits sandwiched work being done to repair insect damage. Nonetheless, all areas not "off-limits" were carefully cleaned. The employees were friendly, steadily working, and effective. The house felt just as I like it...sparkling!

They were good at the start, but by the end there was poor vaccuuming and even skipped a whole room today. We will not use again. Seems like they run out of steam and interest once you are a committed customer.

They are very thorough. They have done a better job than our last 2 cleaners. We pay a little more, but it is worth it for 3 people actually putting effort into cleaning your house.
