USING JOE'S PLANS, WE HAVE JUST HIRED A BUILDER TO FINISH OUR BASEMENT LEVEL. HE HAS SPECIFIED EVERYTHING FROM THE TYPE OF LIGHTING TO THE FAUCETS AND DRAWER PULLS, AND HAS DESIGNED SEVERAL BUILT-INS AS WELL. JOE IS VERY CREATIVE AND HAS A REAL EYE FOR DRAMA, COUPLED WITH PRACTICALITY. HE ACTUALLY LISTENS TO THE CLIENT! HE'S FUN TO WORK WITH AND IS VERY RESPONSIVE. HE MEASURED SOME OF OUR EXISTING FURNITURE (THAT WE KNOW WE WANT TO USE) IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE ITS USE WITHIN HIS DESIGN. WE ARE CONTEMPLATING BUYING A CONDO IN THE SOUTH. IF WE MOVE AHEAD, I WILL FLY JOE WITH ME TO LOOK AT THE UNIT TO RECONFIGURE THE SPACE, ETC.
