Jones Asphalt Maintenance and Construction

Got a call around 10am from Jones Asphalt wanting to schedule a time to come out and take a look at the job. I told them that I was busy in the morning but could be available later in the day. I also stated that I had another contractor stopping by between 3-4pm. We agreed on a 5pm visit. At 5:30 I called the company(bcus I hadn't received a call from them) and asked the status. I was asked for my name(Is this Kevin?)....Nope, I replied. I said this is your 5pm appointment. Unfortunately, they could not look me up under the appointment time. Why? because....... !? I told them to cancel the 5pm appointment that they had no knowledge of and never showed up to. Thanks for nothing.

I would rate a zero if possible. They came out and performed the work in a timely manner. After the work was done they recommended no vehicles are parked on the new asphalt for at least 2 weeks. I waited over 6 months before parking the medium sized vehicle on the asphalt. After about a month of in and out parking the asphalt started to developed tire divets. I reached out to Nick and sent him pictures. He responded that they would come out and address the issue. They never came. Even after speaking with Nick numerous times. He always had an excuse on why they never showed up. Nick is truely only a salesperson and Jones Asphalt does not stand behind their work. They will not honor their one year warranty. It is a complete lie and only a sales tactic to secure customers.

Jones Asphalt did a perfect job on my long driveway. They filled in all the cracks and sealed the driveway. Very professional and conscientious. Will call them back for future work.

Job was done in a timely and efficient manner.Nick was very helpful professional and gave me the best experience I could ask for in a paving contractor.Overall jones asphalt is the best option when it comes down to quality of job and cost effectiveness.

It was great. It just took them a while to start the project but I think that was because they were busy.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Jones Asphalt. I had them do work (resurface my driveway) on my home in PA. I dealt with the remotely as I live in FL and contracted for the work via phone and e-mail. Nick was communicative, flexible and thorough. I have since been back to PA to see the work in person and it is exactly as described. Bottom line - I’d use Jones Asphalt again and I’d recommend to a friend.
