I have gone many times. Parking is great. There is never a long wait. Everyone is friendly and the doctor is amazing! I feel confident, safe and well taken care of there. Access to my doctor is beyond all others I go to or have ever gone to. I would not ever change where I go; they, especially Dr. McArthur is the best of the best!

I wasn't very happy with the experience. I don't like the way they bill. The doctor sends a bill and then the hospital sends a bill, so you get two sets of bills. They take a long time to bill. I've received the bill about eight months after the service. I talked to the doctor that I went to. He didn't do as good of a job communicating with me as I would have liked. It is also hard to get to. The parking is difficult. There are a lot of things I didn't like very much.

Dr. Wang and staff were really great. Scheduling the procedure was easy and no doubt aided by his communication with Dr. Patel. The procedure itself was quick and relatively painless. My boyfriend felt well cared for and involved in the process. He said everyone in the room (doctor, resident, and nurse) were all very friendly and personable. The follow up phone calls really impressed both of us--we didn't expect to hear from the doctor and the resident themselves to make sure everything was ok, but we did! The care instructions were very thorough and helpful. Hopefully he won't need anymore outpatient surgery, but if he does, we'll definitely ask for Dr. Wang again.

I dreaded doing this and put it off for years. When I finally did make and go through with an appointment, it was a piece of cake.The facilities were great, the staff was pleasant and communicative, the report thorough. No qualms about doing it again...though glad I don't have to drink that stuff again for another 10 years!

If any medical appointment could be termed fantastic, this one was. Scheduling staff worked hard with me to find a convenient time, without making me feel like I was a burden and should be grateful for whatever I got. The facilities are far more pleasant than any other place I've had a mammogram, with a comfortable private waiting place for patients to remain in their gown, while the doctor (or other expert) reads the X-rays to ensure that no other views are needed.. The technologist was kind and communicative, explaining what she was doing and why. It turned out that I had a small spot on one breast which they couldn't quite figure out, and needed to take extra views and to try to track down previous mammograms from out of state. They did so, quickly and courteously and were able to assure me on the spot that there was nothing wrong and that I didn't need to schedule more frequent monitoring.

My last appointment with Dr. Sission was for a check up. Dr. Sission is very personable, he sits down and talks with the patients and is very informative and caring. He has the patience of a saint. He is very punctual and efficient. The staff is very friendly also. I have not had any billing issues either. I will continue to use Dr. Sission as my primary care provider.

I have never seen something so efficient or so easy in all my life. It is phenomenal and I highly recommend it. I would move all my health care there if I could. It is brand new and beautiful. I think their availability is like everywhere else. I see a specialist there, so you tend to wait, especially if you are a new patient. Although I am not in total agreement with her protocols, I get a long well with Dr. Dobbs. She is nice and deals with me wonderfully. She is also a teacher at the med school. She and her assistant, Dr. Mingh, spend a good deal of time with me. The reason why their service is so good is because they must have an incentive program for their employees because you are constantly filling out surveys on the customer service and all the employees treat you like the Queen of England! The office is beautiful, down to the nice leather seating in the waiting room chairs! They are very clean as well. It is also nice that the lab is right downstairs if needed. It is fantastic. They also provide reminder calls a week in advance for an upcoming appointment. They also use email if you ask for it. I even get my lab reports through the email, as well as my prescriptions. Dr. Dobbs objected to my protocols but she was not mean about it. She told me to go ahead and do what I wanted.
