We are moving out of state and ready to build our dream home, but we first needed to secure a contract of sale on our house. We interviewed several Realtors and also had a conversation with our out of state Buyer’s Realtor, who wanted to ensure the process was as seamless as possible. She asked us to let her do her homework and she would do the footwork for finding us a great Realtor in MD.
