Aside from what I already described, I was even more impressed with their pricing system. Carpet cleaners are notorious for offering a low rate then somehow before the job is done the bill has grown significantly. The price was agreed upon before the appointment date, and that was the price I paid at the end. no high pressure sales, no attempts to 'add things on.' Really impressed, would highly recommend.
My experience with Izzy's was the complete opposite; they quoted a REAL price before the appointment was set, the crew show up EARLY and the carpets look great. I highly recommend this company.
