Gave him a deposit for the work,$1000.00. He cashed my check . For 2 weeks he kept telling me that the columns were done,and scheduled a delivery date...Nevered showed up and now 3 weeks later he will not respond to any of my attempts to contact him. Joel Maultsby is dishonest business man and I would not recommend him to anyone.
