I called Interstate Plumbing on a Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for that Thursday morning. Mr. Honaker found the problem quickly. He was pleasant and professional. Throughout the work, he was honest and happy to explain things (e.g., the functional difference between silicone and acrylic silicone latex caulk).
