Mr. Randolph was a joy. He responded to my phone calls and messages in a timely fashion, was prompt and thorough, and explained every step of his inspection, his assessment, the contract, and his report. When the report he sent was mishandled by the post office, he offered a discount for his service due to the report's late arrival. The report was professional and comprehensive, ready for me to forward to the necessary state offices.

I needed a property inspection done on short notice. Mr. Randolph not only accommodate my request, but was also very flexible when I had to make a last minute schedule change. He did an excellent job, was professional and very courteous, and answered all of my questions. The final bill ended up being less than we initially discussed by phone. My real estate agent was also impressed with his work and decided to list his company on Long & Foster's local list of recommended professional service providers. I also thank Angie's List for providing the information that allowed me to make such a great choice.

HE CHECKED THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOME AS WELL AS THE ENTIRE INTERIOR. HE PAID SPECIAL ATTENTION TO WHAT SEEMED LIKE LITTLE CRACKS AS WELL AS THE ATTIC AND BASEMENT AREAS. I THINK HE DID A THOROUGH JOB.
