Full service remodeling company. Although we are new to Angie's List, we have been in business and servicing the Baltimore Metro area for over 12 years. We are pleased to offer our MHIC and LEAD certified Home Improvement services to Angie's List's members and we are eager to prove that "your satisfaction is our true measure of success!". I'm an owner operator, which means your Home Improvement projects will always get my personal and custom attention. We never use subs and all our work is performed in house by Ideal Contracting employees!

"Thanks {Member's name removed}, I would like to also point out that the price of $850 also included the cost of a silver coat for your roof, which is part of our 25 year service warranty on all flat roofs that we do! The silver coating is a service we offer on all flat roofs to be done every 3 years which extends the labor warranty from 15 years to 25 years on any flat roof we do, which above and beyond normal warranties offered by other roofing companies. I spoke to the owner later that day and met with him the very next day. He advised permits were needed but felt he could get the job done in time. I must say Ideal excelled my expectations and the deck was beautiful installed better than i ever imagined.
