Ideal Contracting

I contacted this company and spoke to Nick who was interested in repairing my basement. I advised him that it was a small job. He said to send pictures which I did however I never heard back. I texted Nick and said I'd like to discuss my job further and never received a response. The following day I called and he said he would be available that night (friday) to come by to look. I told him I wouldn't be home until later around 8pm. Again he never responded.

I am very pleased with how things went with this project! Nick was both responsive and flexible in meeting times when I first reached out about the project. The folks that worked with him were polite, friendly and good at what they were doing. Since I was having parts of my 100 year old Canton row home updated, I was particularly pleased with how well everyone involved knew the ins and outs of these weird old homes. Nick was very hands on, working on or supervising all parts of the project (like finishing and painting) on a daily basis. The price was very fair and they finished punctually within the timeline we laid out together. I will be returning to Ideal Contracting for my next project!

Great customer service and excellent work! Nick was very thorough and determined to complete the job in the best manner. He even came out a second time (without an additional charge) to make the carport even more structurally sound. Very appreciative of his hard-work and dedication!

It went without any problems whatsoever. The contractor and his people were here everyday and did exactly what they said they would do. What else can you ask for, besides great craftsmanship, which they did?

Ideal Contracting replaced a screen door that was not the standard size but they were able to customize the door opening to accommodate the new door. They also replaced an old flood light that was not functional anymore and fixed a non-functional garbage disposal.

Was very satisfied with the quality of workmanship they provided. They went beyond there scope of work and didn't even charge for it even though I know it cost more for the unexpected plumbing fix. The bathroom turned out great ! We will use Ideal Contracting for any and all our home improvement needs..

I wanted 10×15 deck installed very quickly. I was planning a party and time was running out. A friend reffered Ideal Contracting to me. Said give them a call i wouldn't be disappointed. I spoke to the owner later that day and met with him the very next day. He advised permits were needed but felt he could get the job done in time. I must say Ideal excelled my expectations and the deck was beautiful installed better than i ever imagined.
