This company was recommended by our architect so we had high hopes. However it's been since March 2021 demo with VERY little progress. They don't show up everyday. At most there are two guys and a hammer. They have over promised and under achieved. When we talk to the owner all we get is "yes" but nothing changes. This is not a supply issue. All of our appliances, kitchen cabinets, tile etc are onsite. The work that has been done so far was done sloppy and I had to point it out for them to fix. They broke our oven when they relocated it to the basement, the water line leaked from the refrigerator they moved and they didn't even install the dishwasher correctly when they relocated it- leaving the insulation off. All of this I had to point out for them to fix. Shouldn't a "Professional" contractor know all that? Communication is poor. Progress is slow. Based on the schedule they gave us we should have been done by now. Not even close. Do not use them! We are $60k in and I'm not inclined to pay anymore until there is significant progress. As of today, August 2021 still very little progress. It's clear this contractor has spread himself too thin and possibly has cash flow problems. His workers appear to be subs that perform subpar work - that the contractor then needs to come back to fix himself. This job is taking way too long. We've lost the use of our home and pool for the summer. His initial plan was that it would be done in June. Not even close! And no this is not a supply issue - all our our tile, cabinets, appliances are here in the garage waiting. Do not use this contractor. He seems nice, tells you what you want to hear, then just simply does not deliver! Very very disappointed.
