 + -1 moreCarl did an excellent job and left my Marble Steps SPARKLING! Before my steps' appearance were very gray & blackish and his work removed all of that residue. Painted and tightened up my step's metal railing. His prices were very reasonable and he was always on time. Very professional looking work! I would definitely hire him again!
Description of Work: Carl Smith and his helper restored the white Marble Steps of my Baltimore City Rowhouse. He lightly sanded and chemically cleaned the steps and sides. He removed old, ineffective caulk and replaced with special mortar between the cracks. He sanded, primed, and painted black hand railing. Also cleaned interior glazed floor tile.
