James from the Fallston/Bel Air office has come out several times and has done an outstanding job in helping to prevent bugs from entering my house. He is always thorough and willing to spray in hard to reach places inside the house. A couple of years ago, he helped get rid of a nasty bees nest that had formed inside underneath my steps and nothing has come back since. I highly recommend him and Home Paramount to get rid of pests inside your house.

They previous owner of the house had used them. They are responsive , professional and the come out when they say they would come out.

This is a great group of folks. However, they show up without setting up appointments and so rotine inspections and service is not performed since we are not home or it is at an inconvienent time.
I purchased routine pest inspection on top of termite control . I have a problem with ants which is the main reason for the pest inspection/ treatment. I don't see any noticable difference and unfortunatley find ants all the time in the pet food bowl.
I like that the service people always show up in a uniform and are very courteous and nice but I can't see visible outcomes to the service I'm purchasing... (Like no ants!)

I wasn't really pleased with the extent of their work. I ended up purchasing a cat to handle the mice.

Home Paramount has been my exterminator for almost a decade. Their prices are competitive, they show up when they say they will and, on the very few occassions it was required, they were responsive to calls for service in between standard quarterly visits. Their exterminators are always friendly, professional and efficient.

I picked them because I had friends who recommended them to me. I thought they were very responsive and professional. The people that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Anyone would want to pay lesser than what they actually pay. The quality of the job was very good. Their professionalism was very good as well.

The pest control part is good, they do a good job.
For several years prior, I had them inspect for termites and it became an exercise in them trying to terrify me into buying additional services.
I mentioned that to the office and they took care of that. I think they hired some new people.
I think the price is crazy cheap but I have never done an actual price comparison.

They were fine. They were responsive and on time.

The guys who came out to do the work seemed to really know their business.

They're very responsive if you have an issue. They come out to fix it right away for no cost.

They seemed really reliable. The job they did is keeping the bugs out.

I guess that I feel okay about the service. It really depends on which service technician comes out to do the work. I don't have any problems with pests, so they are treating them correctly, but I've never felt they go above and beyond to outdo the competition.

I am so happy to be rid of the mice! Home Paramount was very responsive when I called to get someone out to fix the problem. They left a few of those sticky glue traps for me to use if I had any more trouble with the mice. They also did a nice job getting rid of the ants and roaches.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND THOROUGH, THEY ANSWER QUESTIONS THAT I HAVE, AND ARE WILLING AND ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF ANY CONCERNS THAT I MAY HAVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I THINK THAT THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY. THEY DO GOOD QUALITY WORK. YOU CAN TELL BECAUSE WE HAVE LESS BUGS THAT WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH. I REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMPANY. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET RID OF OUR MICE PROBLEMS. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. THE WORKERS WERE CLEAN CUT TOO.
