Tech had an attitude.  I wrote a letter to the owner, they switched me to another service office, and several managers came and did a thorough inspection and several free treatments.  Still not sure if  I will continue with them.

They came out to preform the service to treat bed bugs. They only guarantee the service for 90 days. I'm still having the issue.

We have a lot of problems with ants and carpenter bees and then we added the rest of the farm because we were also having problems with yellow jackets, hornets and wasps. If there are problems in between, they come back without additional charge. They do regular visits and treat things generally and if there are specific problems, they deal with them. We have been very happy with them.

I have not had any visible termite damage for about 6 years so I am assuming they are working though I am not really positive. They are worth a try. I don't pay much attention to them, they come, do the job and they are gone. They don't come into the house. The bait surrounds the house and they are not inside. I have not priced around but I think it is a reasonable amount for them to check the baits. They knock on the door and say they are going to do the job. I sign them up every year.

It went smoothly.The first guy came by to plug holes where bats could have gotten in. The second team took care the insulation project. I did have to check that they completely extracted the old materials. They left no mess.

They always show up on time They do a great job.

They have good customer service. The staff is personable. The service they offer isn't something you couldn't do yourself.

We had a contract with them that ended last year. They did the job right, and we got rid of our pest problem.

Their service has always been good and it works. The service is a little expensive but it's better than having termites.

I like them and will continue to use them.
