Overall it's very small & cramped. When I have to ask a question, that person has to go to 2 or 3 more people to get the answer. The only reason I use them is because it is close to the house.

Removed old storm door and installed new door with deadbolt. For $15 (included in above cost) they took away the old door. Also included above was a $25 charge for measuring at my home. Home Depot has a good selection of doors. It took a number of calls to set up the installation - something seemed to be wrong with their answering machine. Once contacted the installer came in a short period of time and did a good job installing the door quickly and correctly. I love the new door.

THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING, LISTENED TO MY QUESTIONS. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND DID NOT LEAVE ME A MESS TO CLEAN UP.
